If you want to allow the flower arrangements to stay fresh for a few more days, do try one of these top 3 tricks below using easily accessible household ingredients!
1. Sugar / Soda with water
Sugar or the sugar in soda will make the blossoms last longer. Add about 1/4 cup into the water in a vase full of cut flowers. If clear water is used, you may want to use clear soda like sprite or 7-up.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar and Water
Another method to allow increase the lifespan of fresh cut flowers is to create your own apple cider vinegar, sugar and water mixture. Mix around 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sugar with the water in the container before adding the flowers in. Changing a new set of mixture everyday will extend your flowers' life!
3. Bleach and water
