The service was also very good -- replies to my emails were prompt, all my questions were patiently answered and Rachel even thought about details that I hadn't considered, such as the ribbons. I was also amazed that Flowers in Mind did not charge me extra even though I wanted a bouquet with just flowers, without leaves or fillers. Given that the size of the bouquet is by dimensions and not by numbers of flowers, I'm sure other florists would have used that as an excuse to charge more.”
