Cancellations
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery.
However, if your gift is en route (usually within 6 hours of your delivery timing or delivered), we will be unable to cancel the order. All urgent delivery requests within 6 hours or 3 hours, however, are not refundable. You may write in support@flowersinmind to seek a partial refund if your gift is en route and has yet to reach your recipient.

Returns
Flowers & Perishable Products
If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction.
To receive replacement product, please call us at +65 69085584.
Should there be discrepancies in items received, kindly send us an email (support@flowersinmind.com or reach us at our hotline, 69085584. All issues must be reported within 1 day of receiving the products. Any special requests from customers for refunds and exchanges may require physical visit to our store, after agreed and arranged between customers and Flowers In Mind. Regrettably, gift items are non-exchangeable. This applies to hampers and all items purchased for a third party's consumption. Discrepancies will be dealt in the following manner:
If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged / defective condition or wrong items delivered, Flowers In Mind reserves the right to request for photo evidence before a one to one exchange of products upon confirmation with the sender.
Specialty Gifts
Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for a full refund (within 30 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
