You can specify the tentative day and time of the delivery required between 0900hrs to 2400hrs. As FIM has our own fleet of drivers, we will meet your required needs for delivery.

Delivery to any locations in Singapore or in Sentosa is free. There are no extra charges for delivery to airports, hotels, offices or high security areas. All orders can be delivered within 6 hours upon completion of your order. We do cater for urgent delivery within 3 hours of your order for an extra charge of SGD$30 and urgent delivery within 3-6 hours of your order for an extra charge of SGD$20.

We provide full tracking information from the time your ordered product is on the way to the exact timing it will be arriving through our SMS system. Even for contract flowers, we take pride and responsibility in letting you know prior to your delivery the photos of the completed product via sms or email.

The minimum subscription to contract flowers is three months with other options of 6 months and up to a year. The cost as indicated is based on a 13 weeks calculation.

Yes. We will accept all temporary deferments in delivery. No charges will be incurred if no delivery is made and your contract will be extended till all paid occurrence of the deliveries are completed.

No but our customers will get to keep the last container or vase used on the last delivery of the contract. All arrangements will be delivered together with the vase or containers. The initial used vase and containers will be collected back during each subsequent deliveries.

Your contract flowers will only be arranged by our trained professor certified from American Floral Art School. Each arrangement will be unique, new and you will never see a repeated design. Please feel free to call us up on any special occasions required during the contract period and we'll accommodate to required theme.
