HOW BIG ARE YOUR FLOWER OR GREEN WALLS?
Our wall are usually made in 4ft (width) X 4ft (height) which is the same as 1.2m (width) X 1.2m (height). They are stacked together to form up to 16ft (height) / 2.4m (height) tall panels. The green walls can be customised to any desired height but for overseas shipping and delivery options, we recommend the usual 4ft X 4ft to prevent unnecessary shipping charges.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO OTHER COUNTRIES / SINGAPORE?
Flowers In Mind is based in Singapore. We deliver to all locations in Singapore. We do ship our flower walls to your venue address located overseas in crates that will arrive either through FEDAX/DHL or any delivery services that are required to meet your needs and location. HOW DO I ORDER FROM YOU?
For customised designs that are not listed in our products list below, you can email us with the colours theme, percentage of colour distribution, types of flowers preferred, venue and estimated date and time of event to support@flowersinmind.com and we will send you a quotation for your consideration. Please do note that due to demands, we cannot hold your date or booking only until your deposit is received. We advise you to secure your booking with a deposit to avoid disappointment.
WHERE SHOULD I PLACE MY FLOWER WALL?
Choose a place where your guests have plenty of space to pose and take pictures with. The walls are best placed against a solid wall. We do sell the structures together with our wall and they can be thus placed outdoors or against any windows. Our walls are well-suited to being used with selfie pods or DIY photo-booth for your guests.
CAN I ADD MY COMPANY LOGO OR SIGN TO A FLOWER WALL?
Definitely. We customise company logos and signs too, with lightning or without lighting that can be added to your wall. As our support structure are improvised with steel reinforcements, we can add in any heavy weights TV or lighting systems as required. HOW DO YOU INSTALL YOUR FLOWER WALLS?
All our flower walls are made with a thin wooden backing to allow them to be installed on any platforms or walls that are permanent or free standing. If preferred, the flower walls can be permanently installed on vertical surfaces. Likewise, if no fixings are preferred, our structures are freestanding frames with weighted base plates that allows our flowers walls to be up on any stages, outdoor locations or indoors.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER / BOOKING?
If you need to cancel your booking with us, please notify us at your earliest convenience. Please do note that hire deposits are not refundable.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?
We take advance bookings for events planned for some time away as well as last minute bookings.
