We provide completed product photos for every item you ordered before delivery via email or business whatsapp.

You can add your personal message with every gift by using the message field as shown below. Your message will be laminated and sealed in an envelop or displayed on your gift hamper

Delivery to any locations in Singapore or in Sentosa is free. There are no extra charges for delivery to airports, hotels, offices or high security areas. All orders can be delivered within 6 hours upon completion of your order. We do cater for urgent delivery within 3 hours of your order for an extra charge of SGD$50, urgent delivery within 3-6 hours of your order for an extra charge of SGD$40 and SGD$20 for same day delivery before 2359hrs.

Yes! Our system allows 2 hourly timeframe booking for your delivery. If you need your delivery to be made at a specific timing, do make a note in the special request section on the next page and we will try to accede to your request.

Yes! Our delivery team are trained with a common aim to keep customer's satisfaction at heart thus we will try our best to coordinate with any requests made to make the delivery surprise a possible one.

We provide full tracking information from the time your ordered product is on the way to the exact timing it will be arriving through email or business whatsapp. You will receive an email with the signed delivery order when your recipient receives the product.
