On impulse I added helium balloons to my flower order and am so glad that I did - the perfect complement which added greatly to the impact of the birthday flowers when delivered.

We are delighted with product and customer service received from FIM. In these strange days of Covid-19 we needed the essentials for a bit of birthday party to be delivered in our name - a delicious Fullerton Hotel Chocolate Cake with candle, a beautiful bouquet of roses, and lots of floaty colorful balloons. All three were delivered on time in a bundle although we had to re-schedule at the last minute. Fabulous, but the best bit is that delivery was by persons as excited to be giving the surprise gifts as the surprised recipients. How nice is that ... so thrilled that we delivered happiness through people whom are made happy by making other people happy .. well done FIM..

Why don't you put letters like 'Happy birthday' on the balloon? I would be better to write like that if it is for kid's birthday.
